AAK pledges support to Craft Guild of Chefs
AAK Foodservice has pledged its support to the Craft Guild of Chefs by supporting two of its latest initiatives in the shape of the Skillery at Hotelympia and Wessex Salon Culinaire, one of the UK’s largest live culinary competitions.
The Craft Guild’s skillery will be hosted at Hotelympia from 26 February to 1 March 2012 .Over a five day period top chefs from across the country will take part in a series of demonstrations. AAK will be supporting one of the UK’s best Italian chefs Francesco Mazzei from the fabulous L’Anima by supplying a selection of Prep Premium Speciality Oils.
At Wessex, which is held at Brockenhurst College in the New Forest on 3 and 4 April, AAK has put its name to the Pasta Dish within the hot live class category. Student chefs will have just 20 minutes to produce two portions of a vegetarian pasta dish, again using Prep Premium Speciality Oils as a key ingredient.
